Kids have a ball here. Water park is a good time pass for kids. It's on the top floor of the Kalang mall. Entry is free and kids have a lot of fun. Walking distance from Stadium MRT in the circle line.

The Splash-N-Surf is an outdoor water play area for children to splash, swim and slide while adults to soak in the mesmerizing views of Singapore’s Skyline. From the shallow pools with a depth of just 60cm to the spiralling slides, the Kids Water Playground is pure entertainment for kids of all ages.
A nice and tidy free water play for kids. Very nice facility and really convenient because got mall downstairs and have shower room too. Lockers are available to rent too. Very nice for family with kids. Recommended!
It’s an awesome free (albeit small) splash park with pretty decent facilities. There are benches scattered around but the only sheltered area is between the splash park and lazy river which doesn’t have line of sight on splash park.
Lazy river cost $2 per person. You can get wrist band at info centre. Overall a great way to spend the morning with kids and have lunch near by.

Place is free to enter. Perfect for babies & children to swim. Lifeguard is vigilent. It's just that we went on the evening ard 4+, and it'a very hot day. Hope the mall could place more umbrella/sheltered seats on the empty side of the play area.
My girl loved it, veryy fun water playground for toddlers. The pool is perfect for my 4yo and she can play around confidently. The slides were very manageable for her though I feel it can be a bit more.engaging (have those spray guns etc). The lazy river was fun and relaxing for the adults and we enjoyed going round and round.
